From M5 South J23 turn left, at the traffic lights turn right, continue straight through the roundabout and take the 1st left after the traffic lights onto Parkway, a dual carriageway. You will see a banner at the entrance to our car park, just before the shops on the right. You will see a banner at the entrance to our car park, just before the shops on the right. It is the parents/carers responsibility to make adequate travel arrangements for their child. 

U8’s (2026/2027), U9’s, U11’s, U13’s and U15’s registration 8:30 – 8:50. Managers meeting will commence at 8:50am in front of the registration tent and the first matches will start promptly at 9am. No one other than Wolves Committee will be allowed on site before 8am.
Presentation of medals to commence at 12pm. All teams in U8’s (2026/2027) will receive a medal. Trophies for winners and runners up in all other age groups will be presented following the conclusion of the match.
U8’s (2025/2026), U10’s, U12’s, U14’s and U16’s registration 1:30-1:50. Managers meeting will commence at 1:50pm in front of the registration tent and the first matches will start promptly at 2pm. Please ask your parents not to arrive before 1pm to allow the morning participants chance to vacate the car park. Presentation of medals to commence at 5:30pm. All teams in U8’s (2025/2026) will receive a medal. Trophies for winners and runners up in all other age groups will be presented following the conclusion of the match.
The registration tent will be clearly signposted and is situated on the main field next to the refreshment tent and first aid tent. The morning session will run from 9am – 12:30pm and the afternoon session is 2pm-6pm All teams MUST be Affiliated. No Academy Players are permitted. Any teams found to be playing academy players will be disqualified. Please also be aware that NO trainers, metal blades or ‘astro’ trainers are to be worn on the 3G. This includes players and managers/coaches.

There is very limited car parking on site, you are able to park on the road outside and across the road but we recommend car sharing where possible.
The car park and surrounding roads will be very busy so please take care when walking around the site. 

Entry is £1 per adult (This includes all managers/coaches). 

All primary school age children must be accompanied by a parent/carer at all times. 

There will be designated areas for all age groups to set up. Please look out for the signs around the site who will be able to point you in the right direction. Gazebos are allowed in designated areas only. 

Strictly NO spectators are allowed on the 3g pitch or beyond the RESPECT barriers on the field pitches. Only the named managers and assistant managers, players, referees, runners, Wolves Committee members and marshals are allowed on the 3g and beyond the RESPECT barriers on the field pitches. 

We are located on a school site and so must follow their rules and regulations. Therefore, there are no dogs, except for guide dogs allowed onto the site, we ask that all visitors respect the school rules. 

There is strictly no smoking or vaping allowed beyond the first set of green gates. We ask everyone to smoke or vape in the car park. No alcohol is allowed on site. 

The first aid tent will be located on the field and clearly signposted. There will be first aiders on site throughout the day, as well as all our managers being first aid trained. The first aid tent is where all missing children will be taken to. 

Please look out for the signs pointing you in the direction of the toilets. There are toilets located in the huts and in the sports centre. Please ask a marshal for directions if you are unsure. 

There are no changing room facilities. Please ensure all players arrive in their kit ready to play. In the event of an emergency please evacuate the site and congregate at the muster point which is the exit to the car park. 

Please be advised that there will be photographs taken throughout the day and used on our website and other social media platforms. 

There will be a refreshments tent on the main field, selling food and drinks, burgers and sausages, as well as cakes and chocolate etc… Tea, coffee and soft drinks are all available. We accept cash and card payments.
